Custom Orders

We charge a design fee of $50.00 an hour for any special order or custom design work. All custom pieces that are commissioned by client are non-refundable. Sketches of pieces will need clients written approval with a 50 percent fee down payment before production of piece will begin. Upon completion of a commissioned piece or tile installation, client will receive a photo of completed piece. After client’s written approval and final payment, the commission piece will be shipped.

Shipping, handling, and installation of commission work are an additional cost and will be the client’s responsibility.

We will do all we can to assure client is happy with commissioned one of a kind pieces or tile installations. However Bolt Studio’s will not be responsible for inconsistency’s that may occur during the ceramic firing process.
